How to hide current Icegram Engage message when another message is shown

Steps:

Step 1: Install and Activate Icegram Engage Pro.

Step 2: Create New Campaign or Edit a previous campaign.

Step 3: Go to the Hide Trigger option in the Campaign Editing Panel.

Step 4: Set Hide Trigger of the Campaign to "Another Message" from the drop-down.

Step 5: Select "of same type" or "of any type" in the adjoining box.

To hide any Icegram message when showing another message of same type (e.g – hide one popup and show another popup)

To hide any Icegram Engage message when showing another message of any type (e.g – hide popup and show action-bar)

Step 6: Fill in other details of the campaign and watch the preview.

Step 7: Publish / Update the campaign.
